In the state of Virginia, Adornment Body Piercing Studio follows laws that are different from typical vendors. You will need to bring in a state or government-issued ID to validate the last name and address of both the parent and the minor.
The address and last name must match — otherwise we will need the birth certificate and IDs.
In the case of guardianship, you must bring documentation for power of attorney and IDs.
